At Augustines of Central, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
